This Privacy Policy describes how Water Ring Toss (“the App”, “we”) handles information when you use our mobile game on Android and iOS.

1. Summary

• Game progress is stored only on your device (local storage).
• We use motion sensors (accelerometer) for tilt gameplay. Sensor data stays on your device and is not uploaded by us.
• The App shows advertisements via Google AdMob (rewarded and interstitial).
• We do not require an account and do not sell personal information.

2. Information we process

On-device game data

Level progress, settings, scores, and ad-frequency counters are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App deletes this data.

Motion / sensors

The App reads accelerometer data to tilt the water tank. This data is used only for gameplay on your device.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show optional rewarded ads (e.g. +1 life) and interstitial ads between levels. Google and its partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and interaction data to provide and measure ads, subject to your consent choices (including App Tracking Transparency on iOS and GDPR consent forms where required).

3. Children

The App is a casual physics game suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own databases. Advertising may be limited based on platform rules and your consent settings.

4. Your choices

• iOS: Limit Ad Tracking / Ask App Not to Track in system settings.
• Android: Reset or delete Advertising ID in Google settings.
• EEA/UK: Use the in-app consent form (UMP) when presented.
• You can play without watching rewarded ads; interstitials may still appear per game rules.

5. Data retention

Local game data remains until you clear app storage or uninstall. Ad partners retain data according to their own policies.
