1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Arrow Out 3D (“the App”), developed by Dimitrios Papageorgiou (“we”, “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App on iOS or Android.

2. Information we collect

The App does not require an account and does not ask you for your name, email address, or password to play.

Depending on your device settings and consent choices, we and our advertising partners may process:

Advertising IDs — such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android and Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS (only if you grant tracking permission), as well as other device identifiers used for advertising measurement.
IP addresses — used for delivering ads, fraud prevention, approximate geography, and analytics by ad and mediation partners.
Device & usage data — device type/model, OS version, app version, language, ad interaction events (impressions, clicks), and similar technical data.
Local game data — progress, lives, mute preference, and tutorial status stored on your device.
Diagnostics — limited crash or stability data that the platform or SDKs may collect to keep the App reliable.

3. Advertising & mediation (Appodeal)

The App uses Appodeal and related ad networks to show ads (including rewarded and interstitial ads) at natural breaks in gameplay or when you choose optional rewards such as hints or lives.

Appodeal and its partners may collect and process Advertising IDs, IP addresses, and other data described above to deliver, personalize (where permitted), and measure ads.

On iOS, you may see an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you refuse tracking, ads may still appear in a less personalized form.

4. How we use information

To provide gameplay and save progress on your device
To show ads, measure ad performance, and prevent ad fraud
To improve stability and fix bugs
To respond to support requests you send us

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by advertising and analytics providers (including Appodeal and its partners, Google, and Apple) under their own privacy policies and terms.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is a general-audience puzzle game. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Your choices

Limit or reset Advertising ID / tracking in your device settings (iOS / Android)
Respond to consent or ATT prompts where shown
Mute sound in the App’s Options menu
Clear local progress by clearing app storage or reinstalling
Contact us with privacy questions

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
